3D animation is in games, series, films, ads, medical explainers and product films. It is not a fad, and it is not a guarantee. Studios hire people who can model, animate or light a shot that survives notes.
A good career here looks like a reel that gets better every year, plus the patience for critique. The first job is often narrower than the dream job: a modelling junior, a layout artist, a motion designer who also opens a 3D scene. That is a real start.
Training should put you in front of that work early. A diploma that ends in a showreel, a small batch, and a placement conversation is worth more than a certificate that only lists software names. That is the standard Pepper Animation’s 3D programmes are built around.
